Publish products to multiple stores at the same time
Two stores means typing the same listing twice, uploading the same photos twice, and twice the risk of error. With ListoMax, you fill in the listing once and tick the stores: PrestaShop and WooCommerce receive it in the same operation. With the Series feature, less than 2 minutes is enough to publish 12 listings.

How do you publish a product to multiple stores at the same time?
Fill in the listing once in ListoMax, tick the destination stores at the bottom of the form, then publish. Each store receives the listing and shows its own result.
One listing, several destinations
The same entry goes to PrestaShop and WooCommerce simultaneously: texts, prices, stock, images, categories, variants and SEO tags.
Multi-CMS software
ListoMax runs on your Windows PC and talks to each store through its official interface. Nothing to install on your servers.
Unlimited stores
No limit on the number of connected stores, or on the number of listings published, with the Solo licence as with the Agency licence.
Only stores whose connection has been tested successfully appear in the list. So you cannot start an upload to a badly configured store. The full workings are described in the multi-store publishing section of the features page.
How do you manage multiple PrestaShop and WooCommerce stores from one piece of software?
Connect each store
CMS Connections page: a Webservice key for each PrestaShop store, a REST API key for each WooCommerce store, then the test button. Guides: connecting PrestaShop and connecting WooCommerce.
Prepare the listing just once
Name, descriptions, price, images, categories, variants, SEO. A category missing from a store is created at the time of publishing, then reused if its name already exists.
Tick the destinations
At the bottom of the form, choose the stores that should receive the product. One, two, or all of them.
Publish and track
The progress bar details each step: connection, creation of the listing, image upload, creation of the variants, writing of the SEO tags.
What if my stores have different VAT rates?
Rates are read from each store, not guessed. If the requested rate does not exist in a target store, publishing to that store is refused with a message naming the missing rate and listing the ones that exist. No product is ever silently sent out without tax.
What do the published, partial and error statuses mean?
Each destination store gets its own status, for every product.
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Published (green) | All the ticked stores received the listing | Nothing: the listing is checked after sending |
| Partial (orange) | Only some of the stores responded | Read the reason shown, then retry the missing store |
| Error (red) | The upload failed | Fix it from the error list, then retry |
How do you publish several products to several stores in one go?
With bulk publishing. In My products, filter by CMS or by status, select several listings and publish them all at once. For a large catalogue, the CSV or Excel import to PrestaShop or to WooCommerce also sends each row to the stores you choose.
Can you sync PrestaShop and WooCommerce with a single piece of software?
For listing content, yes: the same listing goes to both, and an edit is republished to both. That said, ListoMax is not a connector running in the background: you start each publication yourself.
| Item | PrestaShop 1.7, 8, 9 | WooCommerce |
|---|---|---|
| Images | Uploaded | Uploaded |
| Variants | Combinations | Variations |
| Features | Product features | Attributes |
| VAT | Tax rules group | Tax class |
| Multilingual | Store languages | Depends on the plugin installed |
| Republishing | Yes | Yes |
PrestaShop multistore or separate stores?
PrestaShop's multistore mode groups several stores in a single installation. ListoMax works with it, provided the Webservice key has access to the stores concerned: after the first publication, check that the product is associated with the right store. If your stores are separate installations, or mix PrestaShop and WooCommerce, you simply connect each one with its own key. Details on combinations and variations are on creating PrestaShop combinations in bulk and bulk creating WooCommerce variations.
Agency: how do you manage your clients' stores from your own computers?
Connect each client store in ListoMax: the number of stores is not limited, and the Agency licence covers up to 20 computers in your organisation.
One licence for the team
Agency licence at €149, one-off payment, up to 20 computers. Your clients, your stores, at no extra cost. It covers internal use by your staff.
Keys that stay with you
Store credentials are stored locally, in protected form. No intermediate server ever sees your clients' data.
Simple reports
A PDF report lists the published products, ready to share with a client. The catalogue can also be exported to CSV or Excel.
The full comparison of the Solo and Agency licences is on the ListoMax pricing page. To get started on a computer, follow the installation guide.
How do you republish a change to all your stores?
Edit the listing in ListoMax and republish: each store receives the new values, without the product being recreated or duplicated.
Price, stock, categories, VAT, weight, dimensions, EAN, SEO tags, features and tags are all carried over. Existing variants keep their IDs. If the stored ID is no longer valid on a store, the listing is found there by its reference. For a quick change, a window lets you correct the name, price, stock and descriptions without reopening the whole form, and bulk actions change prices in batches. Every version is kept in the history and can be compared field by field.
To go further: bulk upload product images, translate your product listings into 8 languages, and the pages on software for PrestaShop and software for WooCommerce. The list of what is sent to each CMS is in the compatibility section of the features page.
