Bulk create product listings from a single form
Twelve colours, twelve complete product pages: each with its own SKU, its own URL, its own photos and its own SEO. You fill in the form once, ListoMax builds the whole series and publishes it.

Why create one product page per colour or variant
In an online store, one item sold in several colours can be listed in two ways: a single product with its variations hidden in a drop-down menu, or a separate product page for each variant. The second is often the better choice, both to sell and to be found in search.
One page per search
A shopper who types “red embroidered cap” is far more likely to land on a page dedicated to the red one than on a generic product page. Each variant gets its own title, meta description and URL.
The right main photo
In category listings, every colour shows its own photo. Shoppers see the red, the blue and the black at a glance, without opening the product page.
Clear stock and pricing
Each listing carries its own SKU, stock level and price. Running out of one colour does not affect the other pages.
The catch is time. Creating twelve listings by hand means typing the same name, the same description and the same features twelve times, with the risk of a wrong price or a forgotten category every single time. That is exactly the work ListoMax's Series feature removes. It was born in 2011 from a real need: filling a store with two hundred products in one week (read our story).
How ListoMax bulk creates a series of product listings
Fill in the base product
A standard listing: name, descriptions, price excluding tax and VAT rate, images, categories, technical features, SEO tags. Everything you enter is copied to every listing in the series.
Choose what changes
Colour, size, material, capacity… One attribute per series, so every listing stays clear and consistent.
Enter the values
One by one, or from a preset. Each value creates one listing: five values, five listings. A live panel shows the listings that will be created, with their names and SKUs.
Each listing gets its own SKU and slug
The SKU is built from the base reference plus the value (REF-0042-RED, REF-0042-BLUE). No duplicate SKUs. The name is the base name followed by the value, and the URL slug is regenerated in every enabled language: no duplicate pages in Google's eyes.
Publish now, or save for later
The listings are sent together to the stores you tick, images included. You can also save them locally, review them, correct them and publish later.
One T-shirt in five sizes, five product listings
Base product “Organic cotton T-shirt”, reference REF-0117. Attribute: size. Values: S, M, L, XL, XXL.
| Listing created | SKU | URL slug |
|---|---|---|
| Organic cotton T-shirt S | REF-0117-S | organic-cotton-t-shirt-s |
| Organic cotton T-shirt M | REF-0117-M | organic-cotton-t-shirt-m |
| Organic cotton T-shirt L | REF-0117-L | organic-cotton-t-shirt-l |
| Organic cotton T-shirt XL | REF-0117-XL | organic-cotton-t-shirt-xl |
| Organic cotton T-shirt XXL | REF-0117-XXL | organic-cotton-t-shirt-xxl |
Presets to go even faster
The most common values are ready to use: 14 colours, 8 clothing sizes (XS to 4XL), 8 numeric sizes (34 to 48), 23 shoe sizes including half sizes (35 to 46), 10 materials and 3 conditions (new, used, refurbished). You can also enter your own values: capacity, power, format, length.
Variations as separate products, or one product with variations?
ListoMax handles both. The right choice depends on your catalogue.
| Series (separate products) | Variations in one product | |
|---|---|---|
| Store pages | One page per value | A single page, choice in a drop-down |
| SEO | Title, description and URL unique to each value | Only one page to rank |
| Best for | Colours that shoppers search for separately, photo-led ranges | Sizes of the same model, price options |
| In ListoMax | Series feature | PrestaShop combinations, WooCommerce variations |
Many stores combine both: one product per colour, with the sizes as variations inside each product. Details on automatically generated combinations are on the Features page.
Publish the series to PrestaShop
Listings are created through the official PrestaShop Webservice (1.7, 8 and 9), with images, categories, VAT and SEO.
Publish the series to WooCommerce
Listings are created through the WooCommerce REST API on your WordPress site, with images, categories and tax class.
Your questions, answered
How many listings can one series create?
As many as the values you enter: each value creates one complete listing. Five sizes make five listings, fourteen colours make fourteen.
Does each listing get its own SKU?
Yes. The SKU is built from the base reference and the value, for example REF-0042-RED. No two listings ever share the same SKU.
Will the listings in a series be seen as duplicate content?
Each listing gets its own name, its own URL slug and its own SEO tags, which you can adjust. That is what allows each page to be indexed separately.
Can I publish the same series to PrestaShop and WooCommerce?
Yes. Tick the destination stores and the series is sent to all of them in a single operation, images included.
Can I edit a series after publishing it?
Yes. Each listing can be edited and republished: the store receives the new values without the product being recreated or duplicated.
How long does it take to publish 12 listings with the Series feature?
Less than 2 minutes, according to the publisher's own measurement: 12 complete product listings, created from a single base product and sent to the stores you ticked, images included.
