Version 2.0.3WindowsPrestaShop 8 and 9 · WooCommerceReading time: 10 minutes
Chapter 1

Start ListoMax

The first time you open it, ListoMax offers three choices: activate a licence you have bought, buy a licence, or start the free trial.

1.1You have a licence

In the Activate tab, type the email address you used to buy it and the licence key you received by email (format LMAX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), then click Activate my licence.

💡The key is linked to your email address: with another address it is refused. An Internet connection is needed to activate it, and not afterwards.
The licence screen, “Activate” tab.

1.2You want to try it first

Open the Free trial tab, then click Start free trial.

The trial gives you 5 real publications on your real stores, with no credit card. One listing counts as one publication, even when it is sent to several stores.

The “Free trial” tab.

1.3The setup assistant

The first time, an assistant sums up the three steps: connect your store, create your first product, then publish it. Follow it with Start, or close it with Skip the wizard: this guide covers the same steps.

The setup assistant.

1.4The home screen

The left-hand menu gives access to every screen. At the top right, + New product opens an empty form from anywhere.

Chapter 2

Connect your store

ListoMax publishes to PrestaShop 8 and 9 and to WooCommerce. You can connect several stores, and even mix both.

2.1Open the connections

Click CMS connections in the left-hand menu, then PrestaShop or WooCommerce.

The “CMS connections” screen.

2.2PrestaShop: the Webservice key

  1. In the PrestaShop back office: Advanced Parameters → Webservice. Enable the web service, then create a key with all permissions (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).
  2. In ListoMax: + Add a PrestaShop shop, give it a name, paste the store address without a trailing “/” and the key.
  3. Click Test connection, then Save.
The PrestaShop form (example values).

2.3WooCommerce: the REST API key

  1. In WordPress: WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API, then Add key.
  2. Choose the Read/Write permissions and click Generate API key.
  3. Copy the consumer key (starts with ck_) and the consumer secret (starts with cs_) into ListoMax.
⚠️WooCommerce shows the consumer secret only once: copy it before leaving the page.
The WooCommerce form (example values).

2.4Need help with the key?

The Help & documentation screen in the software explains these steps one by one, for each CMS.

The help built into the software.
Chapter 3

Create a product listing

One form, one entry: the listing goes to every store you tick.

3.1Name and descriptions

Click + New product. The Full mode button shows every field (short description, SEO, FAQ, features); Quick mode keeps the essentials.

Only the name is required. The quality score, on the right, shows what is missing for a complete listing.

Name and descriptions in English.

3.2Price, reference and stock

Enter the reference (SKU), the price and the quantity in stock. ListoMax works out the price including tax from the VAT rate you choose.

Price and stock.

3.3Other languages

The language tabs let you write the listing in 8 languages. They are published according to the store’s languages: every active language on PrestaShop, a single one on WooCommerce.

With your own AI key, the ✨ Generate in … button writes the chosen language from the listing you have already entered (see chapter 6). Check it before publishing.

The language tabs.

3.4Choose the stores and publish

At the bottom of the form, tick the destination stores, then click Publish now.

  • Save draft keeps the listing in ListoMax without sending it.
  • If a store already has a product with the same reference, ListoMax offers to update it instead of creating a second one.
✓Every upload is checked: if it fails, the listing appears in Errors & retry, with the reason and the fix.
The destinations and the “Publish now” button.

3.5Preview

Preview shows the listing as it will appear, on desktop and on mobile, before anything is sent.

The preview.
Chapter 4

The Series: one listing per colour

Do you sell the same item in several colours or sizes? The Series creates a separate listing for each value, each with its own reference, images and web address, from a single form.

Silent video, with on-screen captions.

4.1Open the Series

Fill in the product name and price, then click Prepare a series. Choose the attribute that varies: colour, size, material…

The Series window.

4.2Add the values

Type the values separated by commas (for example White, Black, Navy blue), then Enter. The preview on the right already shows the name of each listing.

Four colours, four listings.

4.3Translate the values

Fill in automatically translates common colours, materials and sizes into the other languages. It never overwrites what you have typed, and leaves empty what it does not know.

Pre-filled fields are highlighted: check them, then click Create the series.

Pre-filled translations, to check.

4.4For real: published on a store

A Series of four colours, with one photo per colour and a sale, published on a real PrestaShop demo store. Then the same store, seen by a customer: one listing per colour, crossed-out price and sale price.

Chapter 5

Manage your products

Find your listings, your stock and your activity, import a catalogue, adjust the settings.

5.1My products

The list of all your listings, with the store where each one is published. Click a row to reopen the listing in the form, edit it and publish it again.

The “All products” tab.

5.2Stock

The Stock tab spots products that are out of stock or nearly so. A quantity changed here updates the listing in ListoMax: publish it again to update the store.

The stock tab.

5.3Dashboard

The number of listings created and published, the errors to fix and recent activity, at a glance.

The dashboard.

5.4Import a CSV or Excel file

Download the CSV template or the Excel template, fill in one row per product, then drag the file into the box.

tags column: separate with a comma or with |. images column: separate the addresses with |.

File import.

5.5Settings: licence and language

Here you see the status of your licence and choose the software’s language among 8.

Changing computer? Deactivate this machine releases the seat: you can then activate the licence on the new PC. An Internet connection is needed for this.

Licence and interface language.

5.6Artificial intelligence (optional)

ListoMax works fully without AI. To turn on the “✨” buttons, paste your own Anthropic key here: chapter 6 explains what it does and how to get one.

💡The AI only writes from what you have entered. Always check a generated text before publishing it.
The AI key setting.
Chapter 6

With or without artificial intelligence

ListoMax works fully without AI. If you add your own AI key, the software can also write and translate for you. The AI suggests a text; you check it before publishing.

Without AI included

Everything you need to create and publish your listings.

  • Complete product form, in 8 languages
  • Publication to several PrestaShop and WooCommerce stores at the same time
  • The Series: one listing per colour or size
  • Automatic translation of common colours, materials and sizes in the Series (built-in dictionary)
  • Import of a CSV or Excel file, and import of the products already in your store
  • Desktop and mobile preview
  • Quality score of the listing, with what is missing
  • Reusable listing templates
  • Stock, price comparison, change history, activity log
  • Errors and retry, PDF report, export of your data

With your AI key optional

10 “✨” buttons become active.

  • Generate the whole listing: name, descriptions, SEO, FAQ, features and tags, in 8 languages, from the name and the category
  • Translate a language: “Generate in EN, ES, DE…” button on each language tab
  • FAQ: questions and answers written from your information
  • SEO title and meta description for Google, with the right lengths
  • SEO analysis of your listing, with suggestions for improvement
  • Keywords to add, chosen from suggestions
  • Tags suggested for the product
  • Generate the series with AI: a text suited to each colour or size
  • The assistant (round button at the bottom right): answers your questions about ListoMax, in your language
  • Tips in the Monday weekly report
✓The AI makes nothing up. It writes only from what you have entered: no label, certification or promise you have not stated. After each generation, ListoMax reminds you to check the text.

6.1Get your AI key

  1. Create an account on console.anthropic.com (Anthropic, the company behind the Claude AI).
  2. In Billing, add a little credit: a few euros are enough to start.
  3. In API Keys, click Create Key and copy the key (it starts with sk-ant-).
  4. In ListoMax: Settings → Artificial Intelligence, paste the key, click Test key, then Save.

6.2How much does it cost?

The key is not sold by ListoMax: it is your Anthropic account, and you only pay for what you use, directly to Anthropic. A generated listing usually costs a few cents.

The key is stored on your computer and is only used to talk to Anthropic. You can delete it at any time in the settings; the rest of the software keeps working.

Help

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Internet to use ListoMax?

To activate the licence and to publish to your stores, yes. To write your listings, no: they stay saved on your computer.

What is the difference between Solo and Agency?

Solo (€49) is used on 1 computer. Agency (€149) is used on up to 20 computers. One-off payment, 12 months of updates included; the software keeps working afterwards.

A publication failed, what should I do?

Open Errors & retry: each failure says what happened and what to do. Fix it, then click Retry. In the free trial, a listing already counted does not cost a second publication.

Is my data sent anywhere else?

Your listings stay on your computer and only go to the stores you connect. Your keys are stored on your PC and are only used for the service concerned: a store’s key for that store, the AI key for Anthropic.
