Everything ListoMax does
Desktop software — not a plugin, not an online service. It runs on your PC, connects to your stores through their official APIs, and works with your data, which never leaves your computer.
Series
One product in twelve colours means twelve listings to create. Not twelve variants tucked away on a single page: twelve complete listings, each with its own SKU, its own page, its own photos and its own SEO.
You fill in the form once, enter the variation values, and the software builds the listings. Each one gets a SKU derived from the base reference — REF-0042-RED, REF-0042-BLUE — and is published as a product in its own right.
It's the feature customers remember, and the one the software was born from back in 2011. How to bulk create product listings.
How a Series works
The idea is simple; the details matter.
The base product
You fill in a normal listing: name, description, price, images, categories, specifications. Everything you enter is carried over to every variation.
The variable attribute
You choose what changes from one listing to the next: colour, size, material, capacity. One axis per Series, so every listing stays clear.
The values
You enter the values one by one, or start from a preset. Each value becomes a listing: five values, five listings.
The SKUs
Each listing gets its own SKU, built from the base reference and the value. No duplicate SKUs — which would otherwise cause a republish to hit the wrong product.
Name and slug
Each listing's name is the base name followed by the value. The URL slug is regenerated to match, in every enabled language.
Publishing
The listings go out together to the stores you've ticked. You can also save them locally, review them, fix them and publish later.
All your stores, served in one go
ListoMax uses each CMS's official API. No browser automation, no file to re-import: listings are created directly in the store.
Multi-store
Tick the destination stores at the bottom of the form and publish. Only stores whose connection has been successfully tested appear in the list.
- One listing, several destinations — the same input goes to PrestaShop and WooCommerce simultaneously.
- Detailed progress bar — connection, listing creation, image upload, variant creation, SEO tags.
- Result per store — each destination gets its own status: published, partial or error.
- Bulk publishing — from the product list, select several listings and publish them all at once.
Categories and subcategories
Categories are loaded from your store at the click of a button, never typed in blind. You tick them in a list with instant search and a selection counter.
- Automatic parent chain — put a product in a subcategory and it's also linked to its parent categories, so it stays visible in navigation.
- Default category respected — the subcategory you chose remains the listing's main category, not its parent.
- On-the-fly creation — a category that doesn't exist yet in the store is created at publishing time, then reused without duplicates if its name already exists.
- Updated on republish — change the category and republish: the store gets the new one and the old one is removed.
Images
Drag-and-drop area or classic file picker, several files at once. JPG, PNG, WEBP and GIF formats, up to 8 MB per image.
- Real uploads — images are sent to each store through its API, at full resolution. They're not links to your hard drive.
- Main image — the first one gets a badge and becomes the listing's cover. You can reorder them.
- Kept locally — the original files stay on your computer, so you can republish or duplicate without hunting for them.
VAT and prices
You enter the price excluding VAT, choose the rate, and the price including VAT is calculated and displayed instantly.
- Rates read from the store — available rates are fetched from your store's configuration, not guessed or hard-coded.
- Explicit refusal — if the requested rate doesn't exist on the target store, publishing is refused with a clear message naming the rate and listing the ones that do exist. Never a product silently published without tax.
- Scheduled sale price — discounted amount with a start date and an end date.
- Currencies — euro, US dollar, pound sterling, Swiss franc, Canadian dollar, Moroccan dirham.
Republishing
An already published listing can be edited and sent again. The store receives the new values without the product being recreated or duplicated.
- Your values take precedence — price, stock, categories, VAT, weight, dimensions, EAN, low-stock alert, lead time, SEO tags, specifications and tags are all pushed through.
- No invisible listings, ever — the update starts from the complete listing before changes, so no omitted field gets reset by the CMS.
- Found by SKU — if the stored ID is no longer valid, the listing is found in the store by its SKU.
- Variants preserved — existing combinations keep their IDs; only the changed fields are updated.
Eleven steps, one single page
Everything a real product listing contains. Fill in what you need; the rest can stay empty.

Prices and taxes
Price excl. VAT, VAT rate, calculated price incl. VAT, sale price with start and end dates.

Add one or more attributes, enter the values, and every combination is generated automatically in an editable table.

SEO written in six languages
French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese. Each language has its own tags.
Title and meta description
The title is capped at 70 characters and the meta description at 160. Beyond those lengths, Google truncates the text in its results.
- Colour-coded gauge — red when it's too short, orange when it's borderline, green when the length is ideal. You can see as you type whether the tag will fit.
- Automatic generation — an option fills in the title from the product name, ready for you to fine-tune.
- Keywords — a dedicated field for each language.
Google preview
The preview shows your listing exactly as it will appear on a results page: title in blue, URL in green, meta description in grey.
- Per language — switch from tab to tab to check each version.
- Before publishing — you fix an over-long tag before it goes live, not after.
URL slug
The slug is generated automatically from the product name, in each language, stripping accents and any characters that don't belong in a URL.
- Editable — rewrite it if you're targeting a specific phrase.
- Regenerated per Series — each variation gets its own slug, which avoids duplicate pages in Google's eyes.
AI writes, you edit
An optional extra, never a requirement. The software works perfectly without it.
What it produces
A sales-ready title, a well-sized meta description, a full description and a list of key points, based on the product name and a few selling points you provide.
Your key, your bill
The generator uses your own Anthropic key. The cost — a few cents per listing — is paid directly to Anthropic. We take no margin and charge nothing on top.
Protected key
The key is stored in the software's protected storage on your computer, read only by the main process. It never appears in the interface or in a readable configuration file.
No key?
A message simply tells you that a key is needed to use this feature. Everything else in the software works as normal.
Multilingual
The generator can write the text in the languages you've enabled, so you don't have to translate listing by listing.
Always editable
The generated text lands in the form fields. You review it, correct it, rewrite it. Nothing is published without your approval.
Turn a supplier file into a published catalogue
CSV and Excel formats. Delimiter detected automatically, quotes handled to the standard, first sheet read for Excel workbooks.
Reading the file
Drag the file in or select it. ListoMax reads the first row as headers and immediately shows you what it understood.
- Recognised columns — highlighted in green, they will be used.
- Unknown columns — shown in grey, they will be ignored without blocking the import.
- Preview — the first six rows are displayed in a table so you can check before you start.
Recognised columns
The following headers are interpreted automatically. Equivalents exist for every language.
- Multiple images — several URLs in the same cell, separated by a vertical bar.
- Templates included — a CSV template and an Excel template can be downloaded from the software, pre-filled with an example.
Processing and tracking
Choose your destination stores and start. Processing runs row by row, with a short pause between each upload so the store isn't overloaded.
- Real-time counter — see exactly where processing is at, for example 3 of 47.
- Continue despite errors — an option lets you keep going past the first faulty row.
- Numbered errors — every failure is listed with its row number and reason, so you can fix the file and run it again.
- Added to history — all imported products join your catalogue and can be edited later like any other listing.
Your whole catalogue in one place
Every listing you've created, whatever its origin: manual entry, Series, file import or retrieved from a store.
Full table
Thumbnail, name, store, SKU, price, stock, languages, status, quality score and date. Search by name or SKU, filter by CMS and by status.
Clear statuses
Published in green, partial in orange when only some of the stores responded, error in red. You can see at a glance what still needs attention.
Quick edit
A window lets you fix the name, price, stock, descriptions and tags without reopening the whole form. Save locally or republish straight away.
Duplicate
One button copies an existing listing and opens the editor. Handy for a similar product that shares most of the same information.
Bulk actions
Multi-select to publish several listings, edit prices in bulk, export the selection or remove it from the local catalogue.
Import from your CMS
Pull in products already in a store so you can find them in ListoMax, edit them and republish them.
Nothing gets lost
Change log
Every creation, edit and publication is recorded with its date, time, the product involved and the list of fields changed.
- Filters — by product, by action type, by date.
- Export — the full log can be exported to CSV.
Version comparison
Two versions of the same listing can be compared field by field. Changed rows are highlighted, with the old and new values side by side.
- Readable values — Active and Draft rather than 1 and 0, formatted amounts, category lists shown by name.
- Every field tracked — checkboxes included, the classic trap of poorly written comparison tools.
Restore
Restore an earlier version in one click. The listing returns to the saved state, which you can then republish.
- Rotating backups — the catalogue is written safely, with several backups kept in rotation to survive a power cut at the wrong moment.
No silent failures
It's the principle behind all our development: a customer can't open a developer console to work out what happened. Anything that fails has to show up on screen.
Instant alert
A banner appears on screen showing the product, the store and the exact reason for the failure.
Counter in the menu
A red badge shows the number of pending errors, visible from any page.
Single retry
One button retries publishing the listing in question, once the problem is fixed.
Retry all
Another button retries every failure at once, handy after restoring a connection.
Fix directly
From the error list, a button opens the editor on the faulty listing.
Status updated
After a successful retry, the listing automatically switches to published and leaves the list.
Plain-language messages
No raw error codes: the message tells you what's missing and where to fix it.
Searchable log
Failures stay on record, with their date, so you can understand a recurring problem.
Features you discover as you go
5 free publications
Before buying anything, actually publish 5 listings to your own stores. Not a simulation: they're created for real, images and variants included. Every feature is unlocked, no credit card required.
Listing score
A score out of 100 along with a list of what's missing: description too short, no summary, not enough images, languages left empty. A simple way to see which listings need more work.
Template library
Save a model listing and start from it for the next ones. Useful when an entire product line shares the same specifications and the same description format.
Full preview
Clickable image gallery, information table, description, specifications, variant badges, Q&A accordion, and Google preview. For each language.
Catalogue export
Export all your listings to CSV or Excel — to reuse them elsewhere, send them to an accountant or check them outside the software.
Backup and restore
A single file holds everything: catalogue, history, preferences. Save it wherever you like and load it on another computer.
PDF report
A PDF snapshot of your catalogue, useful for sharing the list of published products with a client or a business partner.
Interface in eight languages
French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic and Chinese. The selector is in the top bar and everything switches instantly.
Built-in documentation
Connection guides for each CMS, creating a product, bulk import, using variants, SEO tips, and a section dedicated to common problems and how to solve them.
