The problem

Twelve colours means twelve listings typed by hand

One product in twelve colours means twelve separate listings: twelve SKUs, twelve descriptions, twelve sets of photos, the same work twelve times over. Now multiply that by the number of stores you run. That is where your days go.

RE-TYPING

The same product, twice

You fill in the listing in PrestaShop, then start all over again in WooCommerce. Same text, same photos, same price, same VAT. Twice the time, twice the risk of mistakes, and two catalogues that drift apart the moment you forget a fix on one side.

VARIATIONS

Variants that shouldn't be variants

Some products need to exist as separate listings, not as hidden variants: each colour gets its own page, its own SEO, its own main photo and its own Google traffic. Creating those listings by hand is the longest and least rewarding job in e-commerce.

LANGUAGES

The multilingual catalogue

Selling in Spain or Germany means translating every listing: name, short description, long description, title tag, meta description. Most catalogues stay in a single language because translating two hundred products is simply not realistic.

The solution

Fill in the form once, publish everywhere

ListoMax installs on your Windows PC, connects to your stores through their official APIs, and actually publishes — no export to re-import, no intermediate file, no copy-and-paste.

Connect your stores

An address, a key, and a test button that instantly tells you whether the connection works. PrestaShop uses its Webservice key, WooCommerce its Consumer Key and Consumer Secret pair. The built-in guides show you where to find them, screen by screen, in each admin panel. Once connected, the store appears in your list of destinations.

Fill in the listing

Name, slug, descriptions, price excl. and incl. VAT, VAT rate, scheduled sale, stock, low-stock alert, weight, dimensions, delivery time, EAN, categories, attributes, technical features, SEO tags, Q&A, tags, images. Everything a real product listing contains, on a single screen, in up to eight languages.

Generate the series, if needed

Enter the variation values — twelve colours, eight sizes, twenty-three shoe sizes — and ListoMax builds that many complete, distinct listings, each with its own SKU derived from the base reference. It is the feature that saves the most time, and the one that gave birth to the software.

Preview

Before anything is sent, you see the listing exactly as it will appear: image gallery, information table, features, variants, Q&A accordion, plus a preview of how it will look in Google results, with the blue title, the green URL and the grey meta description.

Tick your stores and publish

The listings go out to the selected stores. Images uploaded, categories assigned, variants created, SEO tags filled in. A progress bar shows the current step. If something fails, the message appears on screen with the product, the store and the reason — never silently — and one button retries the upload.

Compatibility

Supported CMS platforms

Two CMS platforms fully supported and tested under real conditions on live stores. Two more are developed and on the way.

Tested, not assumed. Every publishing feature is validated on real PrestaShop 8, PrestaShop 9 and WooCommerce stores before it ships. After each upload, the software reads the listing back from the store and compares what was requested with what was received: categories, default category, VAT rate, variants, images, visibility. It takes longer to build, but it is the only way to know it works.

Who it's for

Three situations where ListoMax transforms your day

AGENCY

You manage your clients' stores

Each client has their own store, sometimes on a different CMS. Connect every store to ListoMax, prepare the listings and choose the destination when you publish. The Agency licence covers every computer on your team, with no extra cost per client or per store.

MERCHANT

You sell on two stores

A long-standing PrestaShop store and a WooCommerce store opened later, or a French store and a European one. Enter products once and both catalogues stay in sync. A price or stock correction is republished to both in one click.

CATALOGUE

You sell products with variations

Clothing, shoes, jewellery, furniture: entire ranges where every colour and every size deserves its own listing. That is exactly what the Series feature was built for. Twelve colours published in one operation instead of twelve manual entries.

Since 2011

Filling a store with two hundred products in one week. That is the problem I have been solving for fifteen years.

In 2011, I had a PrestaShop store to fill and no time to enter two hundred variants by hand. I built a first tool to do it for me. It was rough around the edges, but it worked, and one week was enough.

ListoMax is the finished version of that idea: the same principle taken all the way, tested on real stores, and designed for people facing the same problem today.
